Registration Requirements for prospective High School Graduate

In the academic year 2024/2045, Institut Teknologi Adhi Tama Surabaya (ITATS) initiates the Admission of New Regular Students for students of Senior High School/Vocational High School/Islamic Senior High School in the twelfth grade, and those who have graduated. Registration Requirements and Procedures:

    Submit a photocopy of the report card of Class XI even semester (upload a scanned file if registering online). For those who have graduated, you can submit or upload your high school / vocational

    1. Submit a photocopy or upload a Family Card, ID card (if you already have one), and a recent color photo of 3×4 cm @ 1 sheet.

    2. Directly to: ITATS Campus Registration Room, Jl. Arief Rahman Hakim No. 100 Surabaya

    Opening hours: Monday – Friday at 08.00 – 19.00 hours

    Saturday at 08.00 – 15.00 hours

    TUITION FEE

    1. Registration Fee

    a. Regular = Rp. 300.000,-

    b. Invitation = Rp. 150,000,-

    c. Promotion / Exhibition Event = Rp. 100,000,-

    2. Re-registration Fee

    Re-registration fee = Rp. 2,200,000, – which consists of
    a. Rp. 1,900,000,- (Prodi-Prodik fee, Matriculation, Research Proposal Preparation Training, English Course, Alma Mater Coat, T-shirt, Hat)
    b. Rp. 300,000,- (odd semester registration fee 2023/2024).

    3. Education Implementation Fee

      a. Morning Class = Rp. 1,200,000, – / month
      b. Evening Class = Rp. 1,300,000,- / month
      c. Education provision costs are paid at once one semester given a discount = 10%

       

      Educational Development Fund (DPP) with the following wave period:

      October 2023 to May 31st, 2024
      Registration Wave 2 :
      Juni 1st to Juli 31st, 2024
      Registration Wave 3:
      Agustus 1st to September 30th, 2024
      Educational Development Fund = 0% = Rp 0,-
      Education Development Fund (DPP) = 50% = Rp 4.000.000,-
      Education Development Fund (DPP) = 100% = Rp 8,000,000,-
      Available ITATS Scholarships for Education Development Fund = Rp 8,000,000 - for all majors for those who have academic and non-academic achievements.

      Lecture Implementation

        • Morning Class : Offline (face-to-face)
        • Evening Class : Hybrid lecturers teach offline and online simultaneously, so students can choose offline or online lectures depending on each student’s activity schedule. For night classes, midterms and final exams are held online.
